Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of barzvideo.com and the Barz Studio lyric-video editor (“Service”). The website operator provides and delivers the Service. If paid purchases are introduced through Creem, the legal seller will be Armitage Labs OÜ (Estonian registry code 16977866), Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia, and Creem will act as Merchant of Record for the payment transaction. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

The Service

Barz Studio is a browser-based editor that lets you use your own audio and lyrics to create a lyric visualizer. It processes selected audio in your browser and may save draft lyrics, theme, and timing in that browser’s local storage. The current version does not generate songs, vocals, or AI video footage, does not require an account, and exports WebM only when supported by your browser.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the audio, lyrics, and other material you provide. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that material and to create or share a video from it. Do not use the Service to infringe another person’s rights or violate applicable law.

Your selected audio is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded to Barz Studio. You authorize the browser-based processing needed to preview and export your video. The Service does not grant you rights to music or lyrics you use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise the Service or its hosting. Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or its providers.

Price and future paid features

As of October 1, 2026, the Service is free to use and does not offer paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or paid exports. No payment is due for using the current editor.

If we introduce paid features, the applicable checkout will show the product, price, currency, taxes if applicable, whether a charge is one-time or recurring, cancellation terms, and refund terms before you place an order. No paid terms apply unless they are presented to you at checkout. Creem will act as Merchant of Record for transactions processed through it; its applicable customer payment terms will be presented with the checkout.

Service availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Browser support, export format, and performance may vary by device and browser. Keep your own copies of source files and exports. To the extent permitted by law, Barz Studio makes no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Barz Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change or discontinue parts of the Service and may update these Terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
